Colorado may be a long way from his birthplace in County Mayo, Ireland, but Brendan feels right at home showing a downtown Denver loft or listing a historic mansion in a charming Denver suburb. You might say it’s the combination of Brendan’s big heart and natural talent that allow him to seamlessly blend his rural Irish heritage with his American life and profession in the fast-paced world of Real Estate. Born the fifth of seven children on a small family farm in the rural Irish town of Kiltimagh, Brendan learned the value of hard work at an early age. Perhaps it was his visits as a boy to country cattle auctions with his father where Brendan acquired the basics of sales and negotiation. These humble roots remain the foundation for the astute and well-respected businessman Brendan is today, as well as the spark in his work helping people plant their own roots as they make one of life’s most important purchases: a home.

Today, Brendan lives with his lovely wife Ellen, a Denver native, in the charming Greenwood Village neighborhood of Green Oaks. The two met in 1982 while Ellen was traveling to Ireland to compete in an Irish step-dancing championship. They were married in 1984 at the historic, twelfth-century Ballintubber Abbey in western Ireland in 1984. After starting their family in Ireland, the Morans moved to Denver in 1992. They are blessed with SIX amazing children, most of whom have left the nest, and Ellen’s wonderful extended family nearby
